Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of confirming your dates.

Reservations are pending until the deposit is received.

Full payment is due 30 days before check-in.

If the reservation is canceled or the balance is not paid by the deadline, the deposit will be refunded minus a $100 termination fee.
