RESERVATION POLICY FOR KINGSWOOD CONDO |

RESERVATIONS
Make your reservations with Kathi Eckert: (916-652-1193, ext. 5). Your reservation will not be confirmed until your check is received (See fee below). Your check must be received within 2 weeks of your reservation or it could be given to someone else.
Senior Pastors can reserve the condo up to 365 days (1 year) in advance of the date they request.
Full-Time associates can reserve the condo 335 days (about 11 months) in advance of their requested date.
Retired Pastors, Off-District Pastors, and the lay members of the District Advisory Board may make their reservations up to 270 days in advance.
For example, a senior pastor, on July 12, 2004, could reserve the condo for any available week up to July 11, 2005. If an associate wanted the week of July 11 and it was available, he could reserve that date on August 10, 2004. The retired pastor, off-district pastor, and DAB lay members could reserve it on October 14, if it is still available.
Starting in 2005, all reservations for the winter season must be made by September 1. We will then release all available dates to the management company, where it will be rented out at a much higher rate than you are charged.
This will require some advance planning on your part.
RESERVATION FEE
Senior Pastors and Full Time Associates:$120 + a refundable security deposit of $50
Retired Pastors, Off-District Pastors, lay DAB:$300 + a refundable security deposit of $50

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of reservation fee will be made with a 30-day notice of cancellation.
CONDO USAGE
Check-in time is after 4:00 pm on Monday and check-out by 10:00 am the following Monday. The condo is cleaned between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
